We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will credit your account once the returned item is received at our headquarters. You may be eligible for a REFUND or STORE CREDIT which are subject to the below terms:

All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Final Sale or Custom Orders

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

We do not cover shipping costs on returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as obtaining a tracking number and insurance to cover the retail value of the item. If an item is lost or stolen during its transit to us we are not liable for losses incurred to the customer in that instance. Once the item is received at our headquarters, we will issue a refund to you based on the amount that was paid, minus any promotional discounts. Please email us at info@houseofsaintsjewelry.com in order to obtain the return address that you would need in order to ship your item back to us and process your refund!


REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Aside from these conditions there are items that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:

 

If the product you have received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality. We will always conduct quality control on all items before shipping to our customers, so the margin for this error is very low.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.


CREDIT POLICY

You are given 30 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange for the product

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that are on sale or discounted are not eligible for Store Credit

If the product you have received turns out to be defective or of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

We offer 100% return or refunds that are processed through Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages
